00:02I'm totally honoured, you know I've been at these awards for many years and seeing some

00:06great people like Ali Ferguson of Ferguson Transport get the award, so to be included

00:11in that group is a real honour, so yeah I'm absolutely delighted and honoured.

00:16And what makes a great leader for you? Who do you look to and who inspires you?

00:21You know people who speak from the heart and actually mean what they say, so people who,

00:26you know like we've heard other leaders today talking, people who actually fundamentally

00:30believe in what they're doing and that they're doing something that's right and will benefit

00:33and leave a legacy, so you know there's some really successful business people there for whom

00:38it's just a job, you see for people whom they really mean what they're doing and they enjoy

00:42it and they believe in it, that's what inspires me.
