00:04on health, especially this Vermont where holiday season is just around the corner.

00:10According to Department of Health or DOH, drink moderately is not really true because

00:15there is no safe level in drinking alcohol. Based on Global Burden of Disease Study,

00:21aside from its bad effects in our health, 3 out of 10 Filipinos died due to road accidents caused

00:29by alcohol drinks. So I think that culture na isang beses lang naman, minsan lang ay dala

00:40din ng kakulangan sa awareness na harmful ito at may risk ito nakasama.
