00:08due to the confidentiality of the Office of the Vice President.

02:04that even though Vice President Sara Duterte's actions were dismayed,

02:08there is no manifesto to call for her resignation.

02:16the secretaries and of course the Vice President should have an urgency

02:20to defend the budget.

02:21I was questioning the leadership already,

02:27the leadership capability, skills, and intent,
