Duterte says she won't resign

Vice President Sara Duterte stresses that she is not going to resign amid calls from a group of lawmakers at the House of Representatives to leave her post because of her disinterest in defending the budget of her agency for 2025. At a press conference on Sept. 25, 2024, Duterte also answered allegations regarding the misuse of her funds at a hearing of the Commission on Good Government and Public Accountability.
