00:00A Chinese helicopter launched an airplane of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources

00:06during a maritime survey in Bajo de Macinloc.

00:16In the middle of the maritime survey of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources of Bajo de Macinloc,

00:24a helicopter of the People's Liberation Army or PLA Navy of China launched.

00:30The so-called Chinese helicopter is getting closer

00:33when the Cessna Caravan Plane of BIFAR flew above the lagoon of Panatagsyol.

00:40This is the next helicopter of China

00:44that was launched by the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources.

00:49As you can see, this helicopter of China is very close to the BIFAR airplane

00:56that is conducting a maritime patrol here in Scarborough Shoal or Bajo de Macinloc.

01:02The helicopter approached the BIFAR airplane up to 6 meters.

01:07Through a radio challenge,

01:09the BIFAR pilots warned the PLA Navy helicopter that their approach is dangerous.

01:16Chinese military helicopter,

01:18you are violating the flight air safety prescribed by the FAA and ICAO.

01:23You are flying too close to our position at less than 50 meters.

01:28You are endangering the safety of our crew and passengers.

01:32We are filming government aircraft performing a mandate to fly in the Black Maritime Survey

01:38over Bajo de Macinloc or Scarborough Shoal within our exclusive economic zone.

01:44Be wary of safety and distance your aircraft from our position.

01:48The PLA Navy warship was also spotted 25 nautical miles from Bajo de Macinloc

01:54where the helicopter of China could have come from.

01:58Until the 2nd aerial inspection of Marpat yesterday,

02:01the PLA Navy helicopter was still following the BIFAR airplane.

02:06A Chinese Coast Guard ship and 6 Chinese Maritime Legion ships

02:11were spotted outside the lagoon.

02:15Inside, there are 2 adjacent ships of the Maritime Legion.

02:20This is not the first time that China has harassed the airspace.

02:24Last month, the PLA Air Force fighter jets lost their flares

02:29to the separate Maritime Patrol of the Philippine Air Force and BIFAR.
