00:0070% of the Health Emergency Allowance, or HEA, was distributed by the Department of Health to all health workers in the country.

00:09According to the DOH, almost 14.5 million claims of our country's health workers were settled during the COVID-19 pandemic.

00:19Last July, President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. gave a directive to the Department of Budget and Management

00:28that the General Appropriations Act of 2025 should not be waited for to pay the remaining claims of the health workers.

00:36As soon as the Special Allotment Release Order was issued, the DBM became a part of this.

00:43Many hospitals are thankful that their HEA has been accepted by health workers.
