00:00Fans question Ashton Kutcher's answer about attending Diddy's parties in throwback clip.
00:05Not a good look.
00:07Ashton Kutcher has found himself in hot water with fans over a resurfaced video about Sean Diddy Combs.
00:15The throwback clip, taken from Kutcher's appearance on Hot Ones in 2019,
00:20features the actor getting asked about attending Diddy's parties and
00:24his response has garnered some concern in light of recent events.
00:29In the clip, Kutcher says,
00:31I've got a lot I can't tell, while chatting about parting with the victory artist.
00:36While laughing and giving a smirk, Kutcher tried coming up with some details he could share,
00:41before adding,
00:42Can't tell that one either. I'm cycling through them.
00:45Kutcher, 46, is now receiving backlash for the clip after more details surfaced
00:52about Diddy's alleged crimes at these aforementioned parties.
00:56The rapper is accused of hosting drug-fuelled gatherings known as freak-offs,
01:01allegedly involving the coercion of victims to participate in sexual acts, per the BBC,
01:08following an investigation and a raid conducted by the FBI at his properties in Beverly Hills and Miami.
01:15Back in March, Diddy was arrested in New York City on Monday, Sept. 16,
01:21and indicted the following day on charges of sex trafficking,
01:25racketeering and kidnapping.
01:27Kutcher, who has long been friends with Diddy,
01:31is now under fire for the Hot Ones video that clearly hasn't aged well.
01:36It didn't help that the Punk'd alum detailed Diddy's parties by saying,
01:40Diddy party stories, man, that was like some weird memory lane.
01:45The more I hear about Ashton Kutcher, the more I dislike him.
01:49One person wrote on ex-formerly Twitter,
01:53Not a good look, another disapproving fan added.
01:57While it wasn't clear which parties Kutcher was referring to,
02:01fans didn't take his comments well, especially after Kutcher and his wife,
02:06Miley Kunis, were revealed to be among those who wrote letters to a judge in defense of Danny Masterson,
02:13a now convicted rapist.
02:15Masterson, who starred with both Kutcher and Kunis on that 70s show,
02:21is now serving 30 years to life in prison for raping two women in 2003.
02:27As a result of public backlash for writing a character letter on Masterson's behalf,
02:32Kutcher later stepped down as chairman of the Board of Thorne, an anti-child sex abuse organization
02:39he founded with his then-wife, Demi Moore, in 2009.
02:44Kutcher and Kunis also issued a public apology via Instagram because of the public backlash.
