00:24I think for me it becomes a little bit about just staying true to your routines your rhythms as to this is my footwork

00:32Let's just play football like we would in any
00:35Moment as to how you're trained to do it and maybe don't make the moment any bigger than it needs to be and that's usually
00:41Served me well
00:42So I think when you prepare to be in those moments in practice and then you carry it over to the game
00:47The results may not always go your way, but I think it gives you the best chance to be successful
