00:00This hot honey chicken has an irresistible sticky sweet heat that blends perfectly with the roasted rainbow vegetables.
00:07Sear the chicken on the stove to get a nice brown crust.
00:10The vegetables get all schmaltzy and crispy and the chicken in there is just really something.
00:15This recipe uses potatoes, rainbow carrots, and shallots with chicken thighs,
00:19but you really can use this process for any meat or veggies you like.
00:23And that sticky sweet hot honey orange glaze is just amazing to brush on top.
00:28It gets all thick and clings to the chicken. It's incredible.
