Two cousins from Hartlepool have opened their first business together and are already looking at expanding.

00:15We're a tanning salon, a luxury tanning salon. So we offer, we offer stand up and lay down

00:21some beds for people who come and use, for the people who are half way through.

00:24Stand up? People actually come in and stand up to get a tan?

00:27Yeah, but a lot of people like to come in and actually stand up instead of laying down

00:31to get their tan.

00:32What's the benefit of one against the other?

00:34To be honest, there isn't actually much difference between them. The machines are actually very

00:38similar to each other. The difference is being one of them you stand up on and one of them

00:42you lay down on. Tan wise, you don't actually seem to get a better tan doing either.

00:48Do people mix between them both?

00:49People mix between them both. The best way of actually getting the best tan is to, one

00:54session come in and do a lay down and then the next session come in and do a stand up.

00:58What's your opening hours?

00:59So our opening hours is Monday to Thursday, we are open at 9am-9pm. On a Friday we are

01:04open 9am-7.30pm and on a Saturday we are open 9.30pm-6pm and on a Sunday it's 11am-4pm.

01:13No, the best way is just to come in, walk in. There's never really very long wait times

01:19and if there is it'll only be a few minutes and we'll get you on as soon as possible.
