00:00It's great to see everybody and it's so lovely to see some familiar faces because as you know

00:06we've had quite a hard time in Rome with the fire in Nursery and Priestfield but

00:12we've got an absolutely gorgeous place for you all to see. So we are so excited that today you can

00:19come and have a look around and you can have a play and you can see what we've got on offer. Now

00:24we've got somebody special here to cut the ribbon. Now Miss Cooper has worked in Rome

00:31and came in to help us for 52 years because you were 15 weren't you when you started so we said

00:39it was only right for Mrs Cooper to come and cut the ribbon to let you all in. Is that okay?
