'Naki-picture lang po ako': Cassandra Ong's grad pic scrutinized by House members

The House of Representatives quad-committee on Thursday, September 19, scrutinized the graduation photo of Katherine Cassandra Li Ong that was presented during the hearing.  Ong clarified that the photo was taken on the graduation day for students from the Alternative Learning System (ALS), and she was not among them. "Naki-picture lang po ako d'yan," she stated.  Ong mentioned that she did not complete her ALS program and had only attended two or three classes.
