00:00There are two appeals presently. One is a mandamus appeal by Simantan Estate for an

00:09order of mandamus that land should be transferred and possession should be given. The other

00:15appeal is by the government side, where orders have already been made for transfer, for possession

00:21and for registration. So this is the new appeal by the government side. And now what the court

00:28has directed is that both appeals be heard together. So that's set for the 7th of November.

00:37But in the meanwhile, the government side has given an assurance that negotiations will

00:41continue and hopefully there will be some solution before the 7th. If there's no solution

00:47by the 7th, then I think both appeals will proceed.

00:50You said just now that it was actively progressing, so is it going to a very good way or how does

00:58it progress? In a good way? It should be in a good way.

01:08Because this matter has been so long delayed, there's every likelihood that the case will

01:13proceed on the 7th of November if no settlement is reached by then.
