00:00to Mr. Millet and your government, and I'm going to explain the basis to open this, based

00:09on international right, international law, and the law of our country.

00:17The main case, first case, is the case of a stealing plane.

00:24Remember that this plane, Boeing 747-300M of Intrasur, was an aircraft belonging to

00:41the enterprise of Venezuela, Intrasur, that took flights from Mexico to Argentina to transport

00:50cargoes of the Volkswagen brand, delivered on June 6, 2022, and then the enterprise chain

00:59denied, refused to accomplish this contract that was prepared to provide fuel to the aircraft

01:06in the international airport of Isaza.

01:11Ahead of this situation, the crew flew to Uruguay to have fuel, and then the permission

01:26was denigrated, then the plane had to return to Buenos Aires, back to Argentina.

01:32The authorities of that country took the plane and arrested the 19 passengers, something

01:40unprecedented in the history of America.

01:42Five of them were from Iran.

01:48After a month of prison, the crew was liberated, since they had been kidnapped, literally after

02:01several months kidnapped.

02:04They didn't commit any crime.

02:08Since the plane was retained, the Institution of Civil Aeronautics issued an alert of provision

02:17of flying the aircraft, which was known for all the countries.

02:24In spite of what was exposed before, due to an order of a judge of Argentina, with the

02:31collaboration of the government, the aircraft was moved to the United States with a flight

02:38plan that had a flag of the United States, shameful.

02:46Even in that flight plan, they committed crimes.

02:50Once the plane arrived in the United States, it was dismantled, which indignated the Venezuelan

03:01nation 100%.

03:07We repudiated that fact.

03:10We required information to Argentina and Uruguay about it, and we don't have answers yet.
