Rescued dog transforms from a shy stray to a lively companion

Nine years ago, Stacy Lorenzen got an English Springer Spaniel named Mickey during her divorce to help her children cope.

Recently, her youngest daughter adopted another dog, Sugar, from a humane society.

At first, Sugar was shy and calm, but soon she was joyfully running around the new home, living life to the fullest.

Meanwhile, Mickey, who prefers his ball and cozy bed, was unimpressed and a bit annoyed by Sugar’s energetic antics.

While Sugar explored her new world with excitement, Mickey stayed loyal to his quiet comfort, avoiding the chaos.
