00:10Shogun leads the pack this year. It received 25 total nominations,
00:14including Best Drama Series. It's followed by fellow FX series The Bear with 23 nominations,
00:20Hulu's Only Murders in the Building with 21, HBO and Max's True Detective Night Country with 19,
00:26and Netflix's The Crown with 18. Overall, Netflix leads all 2024 nominees with a total of 107
00:33nominations, followed by FX with 93 and HBO with 91. Looking at conglomerates as a whole,
00:40the Walt Disney Company, which has series and projects across FX, ABC, Hulu, Disney Plus,
00:46and others, notched a personal best tally of 183 Emmy nominations in 2024. Eugene and Dan
00:52Levy are co-hosting the Emmys this year. Show producers told The Hollywood Reporter of the pair,
00:57quote, "...they're Hollywood royalty, but their relationship is relatable.
01:01Anyone who tunes in is going to see that they're a father and son at the core."
01:05The ceremony is once again leaning into cast reunions. Three cast reunions are set for the
01:10show — Happy Days, a robust gathering of Saturday Night Live alums, and one reunion
01:14that the producers are saving as a surprise. As for how you can watch, the 76th Emmys are
01:20set to air live from the Peacock Theatre in Los Angeles on Sunday, September 15 at 5 p.m. Pacific,
01:268 p.m. Eastern on ABC. It's worth noting a majority of this year's Emmys were already
01:31handed out at the Creative Arts Ceremonies last weekend. Shogun already won 14 awards,
