00:04We're seeing a couple of thousand people come through each day.

00:07Yesterday we were here for 12 hours in the rain and the wind and the cold and the sun

00:13and all seasons in one day and had, yes, just on 2,000 people in one day.

00:18So we're having lots of quick conversations on the way in.

00:23The feedback I'm getting is that people are ready for a fresh face, but with experience,

00:29so a known quantity and a proven track record.

00:32And our positive messages about having a team that are independent, who are business and

00:37community-minded is really resonating with people.
