Justin Timberlake just sealed a plea deal in his DWI case ... hammering out an agreement that does not involve drunk driving or even a criminal offense ... he's copped to a traffic violation.

00:00Justin Timberlake's DWI in New York is going away.

00:05He cut a deal with the prosecutors there.

00:08He is going to plead to driving while ability impaired.

00:13That's not even a criminal offense.

00:15That's like a traffic ticket.

00:16He's going to pay a fine somewhere between $300 and $500.

00:19No way.

00:20And his driver's license will be suspended in New York State.

00:23Because he didn't take the breathalyzer.

00:24Wait, does that mean he can drive other states?

00:26Just not New York?

00:27Yeah.

00:29Oh, okay.

00:30This is such a win for him.
