00:00It's safe to say at this point Cassandra Ong will face many legal battles
00:04long after all the investigation on illegal pogos have been concluded.
00:09This after the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission or PAOC and the Criminal
00:14Investigation and Detection Group or CIDG filed another case against her. Luisa Erispe has more.
00:22There is no more escape and no more room for denial for Cassandra Lee Ong on her
00:29alleged ties with Pogo Corporations, Lucky South 99 and Whirlwind. This after the Presidential
00:36Anti-Organized Crime Commission and PNPC-IDG filed a complaint against Ong accusing her to
00:43be the owner and incorporator of both business entities.
00:59Ong will be facing a wrap of qualified human trafficking complaint along with 53 other
01:04officials of Whirlwind and Lucky South 99. Aside from discovering that Ong may be the head of the
01:11corporation, the initial investigation also shows that Lucky South and Whirlwind may be identical,
01:17same dog, different colors.
01:41Witnesses to the complaint are 10 Chinese nationals and four Filipinos who allegedly
01:54experienced several kinds of trafficking schemes under both corporations. But PAOC believes there
02:00is a bigger picture behind this complaint because Lucky South was allegedly known as a notorious
02:06player in human trafficking.
02:36Aside from Cassandra Ong, the complaint also included as a respondent are Zhang Ji,
02:47who's believed to be a Singaporean Chinese national and former owner of Lucky South.
02:52Zhang Ji is believed to be the same person who helped Alice Guo for her hotel belittlings
02:58in Singapore and Indonesia, which establishes the connection of Alice Guo
03:02to pogo companies in Porac, Pampanga.
03:05Meanwhile, on a misrepresentation complaint against Alice Guo at the Commission on Elections,
03:11Comelec's law department and Unbank agreed to grant another extension to Guo's camp
03:16to file her counter-affidavit. Guo's deadline has been extended to Thursday, September 12.
