The matter involving the wrongful promotion of 29 police officers is before the court. An electronic glitch resulted in 34 officers deserving of promotions being bypassed. National security minister Fitzgerald Hinds tells the upper house, one of the issues was easier to address than the other.


He described the issue or reversing the promotion to be complex as it is before the court.
