00:19to go across the busiest shipping lane, one of them anyway, in the world, with no equipment,
00:25in a flimsy boat, is asking for trouble. It's important that we disrupt what's happening
00:32because it's not right that people smuggling gangs and criminals decide who comes to our
00:37country.
