Bullring will welcome a new addition to its bustling coffee scene – Blank Street Coffee. Originating from NYC, this brand has already wowed London and Manchester, and now it’s our turn.  Birmingham World got an exclusive first look.

00:12Birmingham will get an exclusive first look of this coffee shop, located in the iconic Bullring.

00:16They offer high quality, specialty graded coffee and of course its viral TikTok drinks

00:21like blueberry matcha and white chocolate matcha, perfect for autumn.

00:25And let's not forget the many pastries it has to offer and the portions are huge

00:30with Birmingham's servings rumoured to be the biggest.

00:33We spoke with Blank Street's Coffee Marketing Director, Claudia Winter, to find out more.

00:39After so many requests from our customers and our followers to open in Birmingham,

00:43we're excited to say we're finally opening this Saturday the 7th in the Bullring, just down from the vault.

00:48We will be bringing all the classics you know and love us for, such as our blueberry matcha,

00:52our iced strawberries and cream latte and then the classic of course specialty coffee ritual

00:56that you'll get through our flat whites, lattes etc.
