Recipe Step by Step Tutorial: Baked Turbot With Oscietra Caviar Baked Turbot with Ossetra Caviar

Ingredients:

1 whole turbot (about 2-3 pounds), cleaned and scaled
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons Ossetra caviar
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare Turbot:
Place the cleaned turbot on a large baking sheet or in a baking dish.
Rub the fish with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Stuff the cavity with lemon slices, minced garlic, and fresh thyme.

Bake Fish:
Dot the top of the fish with small pieces of butter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.

Serve:
Carefully transfer the fish to a serving platter.
Top with Ossetra caviar.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
