00:06offices to gear up for emergency response due to Tropical Storm Enteng.

00:11Regional offices are instructed to be proactive and be prepared to assist affected communities.

00:18Regional directors are tasked to monitor situations and coordinate with shelter cluster members,

00:23providing daily situational reports. This action follows a National Disaster Risk

00:28Reduction and Management Council, or NDRRMC, memorandum calling for response readiness.
