00:00Following the order of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. for a quick response to calamities,
00:07the DSWD is continuously repacking family food packs and non-food items
00:14to meet the needs of the residents affected by the taste of heavy rain and storm.
00:21This is what Gav Villegas reported.
00:24The Department of Social Welfare and Development of Hot Meals
00:29is divided into more than 600 passengers stranded in Albay, Masbate and Sorsogon.
00:34According to DSWD Field Office 5,
00:36almost 130,000 family food packs and almost 80,000 non-food items are pre-positioned
00:43in various LGUs and warehouses of the DSWD in the Bicol Region.
00:48Of the 146 families affected by heavy rain and flood,
00:53Baguio-Enteng was the only one to provide family food packs and non-food items
00:58in Lerma and Triangulo in Laga City.
01:00More than 2,000 family food packs are pre-positioned in the city
01:04to be distributed to the affected communities.
01:07DSWD Field Office 5 immediately distributed hot meals to 504 evacuees
01:13in Karatagan in Piodoran in Albay.
01:16More than 76,000 family food packs and almost 30,000 non-food items
01:21are also pre-positioned in strategic locations in Eastern Visayas.

02:01of the 24,000 individuals in 76 barangays in the Bicol Region,
02:09Central and Eastern Visayas are affected by heavy rain.

02:17remain in 31 evacuation centers in 3 regions.
