00:00All right, then. I'll use my torch to... You're right. Sorry. I know. It's hard.
00:03Welcome to Ms. Mojo, and today we're counting down our picks for the times
00:08the Stranger Things cast just couldn't keep it together while filming.
00:14We're excluding behind-the-scenes hijinks and wanted to warn you that some of these bloopers
00:19may contain spoilers.
00:21Number 10. Cat on a Mission. Chapter 1. Susie, do you copy?
00:26Whoa, what's wrong? It's almost nine.
00:29What?
00:29You forgot to reset the clocks. The power went out last night.
00:31Ever wonder what happens when you film on location? Well, sometimes stray animals happen.
00:37In Season 3, Natalia Dyer, who plays Nancy Wheeler,
00:40runs around the back of the buyer's house after jumping out of Jonathan's,
00:44her boyfriend, bedroom window. As she runs, a cat scurries out of the bushes,
00:49lets out a little meow, races alongside her for a moment,
00:53and then zooms back into the bushes from whence it emerged.
00:59Natalia doesn't seem to notice, which makes it all the funnier.
01:03It's a small moment, but the randomness and commitment of both actor and intruder
01:08make it a great blooper.
01:10I really don't need a Jonathan Byers pep talk right now. Can you just please drive faster?
01:14Number 9. Gaten vs. The Phone. Chapter 8. The Mind Flayer.
01:19Mind Flayer.
01:20What does it want?
01:22To conquer us, basically.
01:23In a blooper from Season 2, Dustin, played by Gaten Madarazo,
01:27races to answer the phone as the gang prepares to battle a demonic Mind Flayer,
01:31which is a gigantic monster from an alternate dimension.
01:35Gaten comes in a little hot as he slams the phone back into its wall cradle.
01:39For any Gen Z and younger watching, phones used to be attached to the wall by a cord,
01:49we know, ancient.
01:51We love this moment because Gaten really tries to make it work and get the phone
01:55and its cradle back onto the wall.
01:57It's pretty fruitless, though, as the entire mechanism has fallen into his hands.
02:02Still, he tried, and his sheepish grin at the end makes this an endearing, if epic, fail.
02:08It's just a game. It's a game.
02:10What the hell are we doing here?
02:11Number 8. Maya Hawke's Water Fountain Trouble. Chapter 7. The Bite.
02:17Drinking and talking at the same time is difficult in the best of circumstances.
02:22Now imagine how hard it is when you have a camera and crew watching you.
02:26Season 2 introduced us to Maya Hawke's Robin, the co-worker of Joe Keery's Steve Harrington.
02:32Later in the season, she and Steve are under the influence after they're drugged in an
02:36underground lab, located in the bowels of the Hawkins Mall.
02:40Maya leans a little too far into the water, as she's trying to help Steve.
02:44Maya leans a little too far over while getting a drink of water from the water fountain.
02:49It ends up squirting up her nose.
02:52Her embarrassed giggle of surprise makes this a sweet, goofy moment caught on camera.
02:58We kind of wish it had stayed in, as it totally fit with her character's state.
03:03I'll take those odds.
03:05Number 7. Charlie Heaton Races the Salt. Chapter 7. The Bathtub.
03:10In Season 1, the gang gathers together to help Eleven, played by Millie Bobby Brown,
03:14contact Will Byers in the Upside Down.
03:17In order to do so, they need to fill a huge bathtub with salt, so she can float.
03:22We just need salt, lots of it.
03:23How much is lots?
03:271,500 pounds.
03:28Charlie Heaton as Jonathan Byers and David Harbour as Police Chief Jim Hopper
03:34head off to collect the salt.
03:35What follows next is like a classic slapstick routine.
03:39Charlie catches the first bag hurled at him no problem.
03:42He barely gets a grasp on the second, then struggles to get that bag to stay on its pile.
03:48Then the scene goes literally downhill.
03:51He gets a bag to the arm and bursts out laughing.
03:56Great.
03:58Who can blame him? We imagine those things weren't light.
04:02You gotta trust me on this. I am going to find him.
04:106. Millie's Turn to Tumble
04:13Chapter 1. Susie, do you copy?
04:15Guys!
04:18This was fun and all, but, uh...
04:19I have to go home.
04:20There have been a lot of tumbles in the Stranger Things blooper universe.
04:24Mike Wheeler's Finn Wolfhard seems to have a particularly long-standing beef with gravity.
04:30In this scene, however, it's Millie Bobby Brown's turn to tumble.
04:34In Season 3, the team journeys up a huge hill to set up a radio tower.
04:38As Millie Bobby Brown turns to speak to the rest of the Hawkins crew,
04:42who are standing farther up, she slips.
04:45Finn doesn't seem to notice and keeps pulling her along for a brief moment before she tumbles.
04:50Oh, sorry!
04:53We love this moment because Finn makes it worse by pulling her down with him.
04:57At least she seemed to be able to brace herself a bit before she really went sliding down.
05:02Curfew at 4?
05:04They're lying.
05:04It's been like this all summer.
05:065. Finn Snorts His Milk
05:08Chapter 2. The Weirdo on Maple Street
05:14The Stranger Things cast is no stranger to accidental snorts.
05:18In this adorable blooper from Season 1 of the show, we see a young Finn Wolfhard
05:23accidentally snort his milk a little too intensely while shooting a scene at the dinner table.
05:28The snort itself appears to have been scripted since it made the final cut,
05:32but this blooper take looks like he caught himself off guard.
05:36He looks at the milk in a brief moment of shock.
05:38We've all been there.
05:39The feeling of snorting your drink is not fun, even if you know it's coming.
05:44We also love this throwback considering how much all of the kids have grown up since that
05:48first season.
05:49Where does the time go?
05:51They used to be so small.
05:52It's okay, Holly.
05:53It's just a loud noise.
05:554. Woodchuck Noises
05:58Chapter 6. The Spy
05:59We love this blooper from actor and comedian Paul Reiser because it reminds us of the scene
06:04in Easy A in which Penn Badgley, dressed as Woodchuck Todd, makes some pretty iconic
06:09Woodchuck noises.
06:14Reiser is shooting a scene in Season 2, and when he flubs his line,
06:17he starts to make some gnarly sounds as he moves to restart the scene.
06:24Reiser's role as Sam Owens is one of great importance and moral integrity in the show.
06:29The juxtaposition of this seriousness,
06:31with the absolute absurdity of the sounds coming out of him,
06:35makes this a fantastic addition to our list.
06:38Take a listen to these side by side and marvel at the strangest crossover we never knew we needed.
06:463. Caleb Surprises a Teacher
06:49Chapter 3. The Pollywog
06:54One of our favourite things about all of these bloopers is getting to see the child
06:58actors so adeptly handling their work, especially when they make a mistake.
07:02Their professionalism and ability to keep rolling is obvious, even at such a young age.
07:07In this blooper, Caleb McLaughlin, as Lucas Sinclair, bursts into a classroom,
07:12shocking the actor playing the teacher, and prompting the crew to ask if he has hurt himself.
07:17Perfectly in character, he responds that he hasn't and calls for a reset.
07:28He doesn't break intensity for a moment, though it's possible that the adrenaline of his entrance
07:34helps cushion the shock of his burst through the door. It's a great blooper,
07:38and we love how he stayed in it.
07:442. David Harbour Hates Grandmas
07:48Chapter 1. Susie, Do You Copy?
07:59No, actor is immune to the giggles, and this blooper proves David Harbour to be no exception.
08:04In Season 3, Mike and Eleven have continued with their blossoming relationship,
08:08and Hopper overhears them getting a little too cozy in her bedroom.
08:12He decides to kick Mike out by making up a story about Mike's grandma being sick.
08:18Harbour can't get through the scene, and keeps laughing every time he has to say grandma.
08:23Your mom called. She needs you home right away.
08:27Is everything okay?
08:28No, I don't think so. It's your grandma.
08:33Millie Bobby Brown and Finn Wolfhard eventually break too,
08:37and we're sure that it took a lot of takes for them to finally get it right.
08:41It's your grandma.
08:44Yeah!
08:45Clearly they did because the final cut is intense and hilarious,
08:49and now we can appreciate what it took to get there.
08:51It's your grandma.
08:54That word is so funny.
08:57I can't do this.

09:131. Ketchup and Mustard Chapter 3. The Case of the Missing Lifeguard
09:17Is this it?
09:21Sadie Sink and Millie Bobby Brown teamed up really well as Max and Eleven,
09:26and their on-screen friendship seems to have translated into real life.
09:30In this creative blooper, the two of them break character at the height of a menacing
09:34reveal of them standing in what appears to be a combo nod to the Shining Twins
09:38and Georgie from It on a doorstep.
09:41They break into a seemingly improvised song about them as Ketchup and Mustard
09:46because of their bright red and yellow raincoats,
09:48adding some dance moves and providing a hilarious moment.
09:56My name's Ketchup and my name is Mustard, together we're Ketchup and Mustard.
10:02We hope the cleverness of the song and dance made up for any upset that the crew
10:06might have felt at having to start the scene over.
10:09Let us know in the comments if you think you'd have been able to keep a straight face if you
10:14were on set for any of these bloopers, or if you'd also snort your milk.
10:18I was out looking for dart and I found out how to hum hum hum.
