00:30When some members of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ were caught,
00:33a drill was heard in the Jose Maria College building inside the compound of Cerebro City.
00:44That's where the police were able to find Pastor Apollo Quibuloy, the founder of KOJC.
00:51They were the first to say that their ground-penetrating radar
00:55from the underground bunker inside the compound.
01:00GMA Integrated News tried to confirm if they were inside the building,
01:05but they refused to give details.
01:08KOJC went to the Davao Regional Trial Court
01:11to request a Temporary Restraining Order and injunction against the PNP.
01:17But it was also today that the court issued the Temporary Protection Order
01:22in favor of the group that was requested back in July 1.
01:26Subsequently, the court ordered the police to stop any activities
01:31that are harmful to the lives, freedom, security, and dignity of the petitioners.
01:36All barricades were also removed.
01:43KOJC members are happy.
01:46The court said,
01:48The restrictions and control imposed by the PNP-11
01:52over and within the compound of KOJC and GMC-FI
01:56noticeably trampled not only the property rights of the petitioners,
02:01its officers and members,
02:02but also the exercise of the religious freedom and academic rights.
02:07I don't know how they are celebrating,
02:09but one thing is certain,
02:10they are not stopping the very service of the warrant.
02:15It's very clear.
02:17There is nothing to be blamed for for now
02:20because what is written in the protection order is very clear.
02:24The PNP clarified that they will only remove the barricades.
02:28But the police will still remain in the compound
02:31to serve the warrants of arrest against Kibuloy and the accused.
02:35President Marcos supported the PNP's operation.
02:39He also said that he did not see any overkill
02:41or excessive use of force in the assault on Kibuloy.
02:45All the police who entered were not armed.
02:49None of them had a gun.
02:51We did not use tear gas.
02:54We did not do that.
