Su http://www.pamaroma.it This machine is designed and built to feed 2 sheets of pasta "continously" and "simultaneously". Ideal for double sheet Ravioli or two Cappelletti machines. This unit has two independantly driven kneading units that allow the machine to work as a single sheet front feeder. The kneading group is equipped with double shoulder pannels to prevent pasta or moisture from penetrating into the driving mechanism (bearings).
