01:12Our current narrative is that the Malaysian economy is recovering.
01:19And we have seen many new healthy indicators.
01:24Good GDP growth.
01:26Increased trade value.
01:28Our currency value is also increasing.
01:30So all of this is a positive sign.
01:33In addition, there is a lot of economic development in Johor.
01:38A lot of new investments in Johor.
01:41A lot of big transportation and infrastructure projects are happening in Johor.
01:47Including in Keluang.
01:49In a few months' time, when the infrastructure is ready to move to Johor Bahru, it will pass through Keluang.
01:55So, of course, Keluang will also benefit from this development.
