00:00Hours of terror were lived on Friday in the martyrs of the Al-Aqsa Hospital in the Gaza

00:06Strip when Israeli tanks raided the area.

00:08Our correspondent Huda Hegazi with the details.

00:11Yesterday, we lived one of the most terrifying nights here inside the martyrs of Al-Aqsa

00:18Hospital in a governorate of Deir al-Bala in the center of the Gaza Strip.

00:29At approximately three o'clock in the morning eyewitnesses informed us that the military

00:33mechanisms had begun to move in and were right at the entrance of this governorate, which

00:37is literally one kilometer away from the hospital.

00:46Immediately after this warning we started to hear how the tanks were approaching and

00:50even how the artillery shells started to be launched by these tanks of the Israeli occupation

00:55army.

00:56Right away the situation was turned upside down.

01:06Not only in this hospital but in almost all the area, the sick, the patients that were

01:10inside this hospital were getting ready to leave the buildings in a disconsolate way

01:14without knowing where to go.

01:25Even we, the media, did not know where to go.

01:28We did not even know what we should do, whether to stay inside this hospital or on the other

01:32hand leave, because our lives were also in grave danger.

01:43And after two hours of continuous fear, hearing continuously the artillery shells fired by

01:48the tanks and how the tanks proceeded to advance until they were very close to us.

02:00After these two terrifying hours there was a partial withdrawal of the Israeli mechanisms

02:04that are now being positioned in an area called the mills, which is located approximately

02:15two kilometers from this hospital.

02:18Therefore we can say that this hospital is no longer a safe area.

02:28Even the Gazans, the evacuees, do not feel that this hospital is a safe area because

02:33they fear that at any time the Israeli army can raid this hospital and the scenario that

02:38the Gazans saw in the Al-Shifa Hospital, in the Kamal Adwan Hospital and even in the Nasser

02:50Hospital in the Governorate of Conjunis could be repeated in this hospital.

03:03At this moment we are prepared for any scenario and literally the Gazatais fear that the occupation

03:09army will enter this hospital and we could say that in that case the only remaining active

03:13hospital in the center of the Gaza Strip would be out of service.

03:17And this would collapse the health system in this coastal enclave.
