00:08I love knowing what I know about vibration.
00:11I love knowing that it's about frequency and that I can focus.
00:15I love the ease that I'm able to frequently accomplish.
00:19I love setting this time aside in order to find this feeling of ease.
00:24I so love knowing the laws of the universe.
00:27I so love understanding my vibrational nature.
00:31I so love my understanding of focus and momentum.
00:36I love that I can begin this day in a vibration of well-being and ease.
00:42I really like knowing the sources surrounding me and everyone else, that all who I love
00:48is surrounded by this ease.
00:50I love activating it in myself in a way that I recognize it and can feel it fully and really
00:56own it.
00:58I love knowing that I will be guided to perfect thoughts and behaviors when timing is perfect
01:04for doing that and meanwhile I sit in ease and eagerness and appreciation for all that
01:11is to come.
01:13I'm happy about where I stand and eager about what's coming.
01:19I know that there are many who are seeking what I'm coming to know and I'm so pleased
01:24that I'm demonstrating it in my own experience in a way that it will be evident in all regards
01:29to those who behold me.
01:32I feel so happy that I'm able to leave conditions out of the equation of my ease that I'm able
01:38to just find ease by the power of my focus.
01:42I so adore non-physical energy who I believe is flowing with ease and perfection around
01:49all that is.
01:51I love contemplating that there is this atmosphere of well-being that is focused to all of us
01:58and to the degree that we find ease and allow it in, we are experiencing this well-being.
02:04I just love it when my ease begins to expand, when I begin to feel the momentum of my vibration
02:11increasing to where I begin to feel a sort of eagerness about things.
02:16Not an eagerness that inspires me to action right now, but an eagerness of what's coming.
02:21A sort of optimistic renewal is happening within me.
02:25And while I know that the timing of action isn't quite yet, I know it is coming.
02:30And meanwhile I feel comfortable in this optimism that is beginning to build within me.
02:36It feels to me as if I have access to the power that creates worlds and I'm able to
02:41focus it.
02:42And I'm loving learning the balance of that focusing.
02:46Because as I focus with alignment, I can feel that I continue to allow the energy to
02:52flow to me and through me.
02:55It is so exciting to me to get into this place of utter well-being and then to begin shining
03:03it through my focus in the direction of things that matter to me.
03:07And I'm adoring this understanding of this unconditional love and focus and energy that's
03:12coming to me.
03:14And I'm finding my way, bit by bit, I'm finding myself more capable of not putting conditions
03:20in my way that block this energy flow.
03:23I know that I'm getting the handle on this energy flow.
03:27And I know that I am proficient, more proficient in every day as a result of my focus.
03:33Sometimes I get excited and I want to run out ahead of it.
03:37But always when that feeling comes, I can feel unease in a sort of guide me a little
03:42bit.
03:43And I realized that not quite yet.
03:44Don't act quite yet.
03:46Sit in the knowing of this yet longer.
03:48Find the vibrational alignment of it and watch how my desire is inspiring others to behavior.
03:56I'm now understanding that my desire does not mean only that I will be inspired to the
04:02action that there will then make change.
04:04I understand that my desire and my holding of this place causes more of a likelihood
04:10for others to find the same and the same and the same.
04:13So it is a larger movement than me just tapping in and doing something about it.
04:18It's me priming the pump.
04:20It's me setting the tone.
04:22It's me finding the place of it.
04:23It's me shining the light.
04:25It's me asking the questions.
04:26It's me readying myself.
04:28And then it's me watching the results of having accomplished that vibrational environment.
04:33Every day I love finding this place.
04:35And every day I love watching the results of the place that I found.
04:39And I am eager to get out and watch that greater expansion and watch the details of
04:45that.
04:46But meanwhile, I'm just watching what's happening in my world right here around me, right here
04:50around me.
04:51As I show myself.
04:52This leverage that I am activating as I tap into this energy that creates worlds.
04:59I believe with everything that I am, that I can be or do or have anything that I can
05:04influence anything that I desire.
05:07And I'm so appreciative of the life experience that I have lived that's caused me to focus
05:11upon some things that are really important to me.
05:14And right now I can feel that this is my step three moment.
05:18This is when I really understand what allowing source energy to flow to me and through me
05:23is.
05:24And I'm eager to get on with step four and I'm doing it a little bit every day, but step
05:28three is where I reside right now.
05:31This is the work for me to do.
05:33So there's no impatience on my part because there isn't anything for me to do.
05:37I'm not being called to do something.
05:39I'm not ready to do.
05:41In fact, I will never be called to do something that I'm not ready to do.
05:44And when I try to push myself to do something that I'm not ready to do, that's where the
05:48vibrational imbalance comes in.
05:51So nice to know that source has my back.
05:55So nice to know that the things that matter to me are underway.
05:59And so nice to know that my work is to hold this place, to hold this knowing and not try
06:05to take the role of source, not try to be all things to all people, not try to be the
06:10heart of any movement in the sense of action, but be to be the vibrational heart of the
06:16movement that is being asked for by the masses.
06:19I understand that I'm not the only one who put desire in my vortex.
06:24There are hundreds of thousands and millions and billions of people who have put desire
06:28in their vortex that I am helping.
06:31As I find an own, this vibrational place of allowing source energy to do what source energy
06:36knows how to do.
06:38I'm in the right place at the right time doing the right thing.
06:42And I'm loving my exposure to this life and what it provides for me.
