00:03How's it going? I'm Brian Holohan. I'm the inventor of EasyShade,

00:06the clip-on light cover for exposed light bulbs.

00:09EasyShade is made in America.

00:11We are veteran-owned, patented, and we support those with disabilities.

00:15I'm looking for $400,000 for 5% of the company.

00:19Basically, we need that for international patents,

00:21because we have sales in 44 countries,

00:23to get a full cavity mold to drive the cost down,

00:26and for marketing and research.

00:29I thought he was great. He knows his stuff.

00:31Pretty healthy ask, pretty ambitious valuation, but...

00:35How healthy is the business? I didn't hear revenue numbers, did you?

00:38I heard a lot of retailers, so it looks like he has distribution,

00:42but how much revenue, I do not know.

00:43There must already be something that clips over an exposed light bulb like that.

00:50I think what you've built is simple, easy, I can see its scale.

00:54I think you've made great traction.

00:56I'd like to see more before I actually invested,

00:59because I would want to see the trajectory of,

01:01I'm going to make $1 million next year, $2 million, $10 million,

01:04I'm going to make $20 million, I'm going to sell this to whoever,

01:07so for that reason, I'm going to pass.
