Nagsampa ng reklamong Rape Through Sexual Assault at multiple counts of Acts of Lasciviousnes sina Nino Muhlach at anak nitong si Sandro Muhlach laban sa dalawang independent contractors ng GMA-7 na sina Richard “Dode” Cruz at Jojo Nones. Isinumite nila ang complaint sa Department of Justice ngayong Agosto 19, 2024, Lunes.
