00:10The Tigers pick up a win in each of those 15 to one.

00:14They start 3-2, 2-1 last night in another low scorer.

00:17The total was set at eight and a half for this one.

00:20Mariners ended up going off there as your favorites at minus 135, but just never got

00:25the offense going.

00:26Another good win there for the Tigers sitting right around 500 at home for the year.

00:31Sometimes the numbers can fool you.

00:33And yesterday I sat right on this network and said, okay, Fiero's on the mound.

00:36Now he might open up.

00:37He's not a great pitcher.

00:39And Kenta Maeda coming in behind him, certainly not a great pitcher.

00:42This is one of those days where if you looked at that Mariners lineup, they projected well

00:45over the past 30 days, Dubs, against right-handed pitchers.

00:48They were atrocious yesterday.

00:50And the total was, excuse me, the team total was four and a half at a plus 106 price right

00:57The thing that got me so upset is, don't look at the final score, 2-1.

01:04You weren't going up against the best pitcher.

01:06It wasn't Paul Skeens out there, followed by Zach Wheeler that was on the mound for

01:09the Detroit Tigers.

01:11You were looking at bad pitchers.

01:12And the fact that the first inning, all the walks, the loaded bases, Seattle actually

01:17scored without getting a base.

01:18Seattle said, you know what?

01:19Five in.

01:20We could have got five runs in the first inning.

01:22That's fine.

01:23We'll settle in.

01:24But look at the second inning, third inning, fourth inning, fifth, absolutely nothing here.

01:27This is what's so maddening, Dubs, taking a look at the Seattle Mariners, when if you

01:30think they can win that AL West, they give you games like this and series like this against

01:35the Detroit Tigers.

01:36You should have won that game.

01:37If you're looking at your pitching staff, it's not their fault.

01:40Miller was out there.

01:41Seven innings pitched, two hits, zero earned runs.

01:44Wu was fantastic yesterday.

01:45And you're just not seeing the results at the plate, even though you did make some changes.

01:50I can't believe what's going on with the Seattle Mariners right now.

01:52Yesterday was maybe the most disappointing stance you can have for them.

01:56If you want to take a look at them making a playoff run, I don't see it right now.
