00:09Look, I think that I almost certainly could have phrased it better, but I had spent the

00:14entire day with my chief constable who, I have to say, the police, certainly in my area and I

00:20imagine all across the country, were working so incredibly hard to bring down tensions.

00:26All day we had been working because we felt that it wasn't real what was being told,

00:32that intelligence being spread amongst the community, that people were coming to harm

00:36them, was undoubtedly to cause upset and fear and that is exactly what it did.
