The footage was captured at around 3:05 AM on April 15 by the Ann Arbor Police Department ... a short time after Robinson allegedly got drunk and drove on a roadway near the Wolverines' headquarters in Michigan.

00:10fans will remember Denard. He was an absolute stud, a stud quarterback at the University

00:17of Michigan, went on to play in the NFL. Mojo, and as of pretty recently, was a coach for

00:25the Wolverines. Well, not so much anymore, because as we previously reported on the TMZ

00:32Sports website, Denard Robinson was busted for allegedly driving drunk back in April.

00:39Cops found him just after 3 o'clock in the morning, actually in Ann Arbor. And now we

00:47finally, for the first time, have actual video from that early morning stop, courtesy of

00:54the police officers' body-worn cameras, Mojo. And I'll just say it. Allegedly, allegedly,

01:03allegedly, he looks gone. Watch this.

01:15I don't know how I didn't smash the window out. I was banging on it so hard.

01:20You got a towel. You're going to get busted in that window.

01:25Hey, he's out now. Hey, open the door. Put the car in park and open the door, dude.

01:32You don't know how you crashed?

01:34I did not crash anything.

01:36Sir, there's a big damage right here, and you just knocked this pole down. How are you

01:41going to say you didn't crash?

01:51Correct. So you can't park on Eisenhower, right?

01:54I didn't do anything. I'm telling you, I didn't do anything like that.

01:58Oh, boy. And as we now watch him trying to perform some of these field sobriety tests,

02:04take nine steps, heel-to-toe, heel-to-toe, balance yourself on one leg, Mojo. I mean,

02:08this is a guy who is, he's still only 33 years old. He is an absolutely peak athlete. He

02:15was an All-American at Michigan and can't do these very basic tests. Cops ultimately

02:20took his blood alcohol level, Mojo, and said he blew a .158. That is just under two times

02:28the legal limit. The legal limit is .08. .16 obviously would have been two times. Just

02:33under, Mojo, that is very, very drunk. I'll say this. Dinnard has pled not guilty. He

02:40has not yet been found guilty, so we presume he's innocent. But let's be honest, it doesn't

02:45look great for him, Mojo.

02:46No, and of course, you said the magic word allegedly, but my goodness, I'm not sure what

02:53else you need here to wipe away the word allegedly. Look, those field sobriety tests, those aren't

03:02always a gimme, right? I mean, if you have any kind of injury, maybe you just don't have

03:07great balance. Those tests can be pretty difficult. I know they seem easy, but they

03:12aren't always easy for everybody. But when you fail them this badly, you know what I

03:19mean? We're continuing to chip away at that alleged world, double the blood alcohol content,

03:26asleep at the wheel.

03:27I mean, I guess the only piece we're missing here is video of him actually doing the driving

03:33and hitting the pole. I mean, he could possibly argue that they swapped out the driver after

03:39the accident, but then you still have the blood alcohol level. It is sleeping in the

03:45jail cell. I don't even really look too much at that.

03:47No, Mojo, I think you hit on their defense. I think the defense, and I think this is the

03:51only thing they can argue, that he wasn't driving. And I think that's the defense. So

03:56you could say, hey, look, yes, he may have been intoxicated. And obviously, if he blew

04:00a .158, he was. But show me proof that Denard was actually driving the car. I think that's

04:07going to be the argument they make. Doesn't it feel like that?

04:09Oh, absolutely. I mean, what else can you say? That's literally the only piece that

04:13you can say. All of these other things are really stacked up against you pretty significantly.

04:18I mean, 99 percent says it was probably him. But unless you got that 100 percent, it's

04:26hard to put a man behind bars legally. So I'm sure that's what they're going to come

04:31back with. But either way, this just does not look good for him. I mean, this is going

04:35to impact any kind of employment that he has, any kind of charity work that he does. Right

04:40in the court of public opinion, this one is definitely an L either way.

04:44Mojo, I think that's a great point. And this goes right to what you're saying. Denard was

04:49at the time of the arrest, he was a member of the coaching staff at Michigan. He subsequently

04:54lost his job because of this arrest. And obviously, future employment could completely

05:01hinge on what happens with his case. Stay tuned.
