We visit hidden gem Flame Fusion by Sheffield United's football ground

00:07Located on Shoreham Street in Highfield, this tiny 16-seat restaurant combines

00:13cuisines from North and South India to offer the very best from both regions.

00:19The restaurant opened at the end of Covid and was previously experimenting with a fine dining menu,

00:25but since then it's transformed into a bistro kitchen by day and a tapas restaurant by night.

00:32Earlier this year the restaurant expanded with an outdoor terrace providing a perfect dining

00:37space for midday meals and warm evenings. We tried several items from the menu including lamb chops,

00:45idli, a potato dosa and a lamb shish kebab and the two chefs certainly know what they're doing.
