00:00Bubba Bar is one of the latest businesses to open in Kelham Island, Sheffield.

00:06We met with Alex Tunney to find out more about the inspiration behind the unique menu.

00:11We are in Bubba Bar in Kelham Island next door to Kelham Tavern.

00:16We are located on Alma Street and we are the new British tapas restaurant that's just opened.

00:22Serving cocktails and classic British tapas.

00:25So all the British favourites really, small fish and chips, small pie, mini gammon, all the favourites, burgers.

00:34Everything that you really want to eat when you go out I suppose.

00:37Great, and what's inspired that menu? What made you think that Kelham needs this?

00:42So tapas is obviously such a well known food, it's what brings people together, it creates a nice atmosphere,

00:49it makes it a casual place to eat and drink.

00:52We just thought something different and having a pub at the other side of Sheffield, we thought the favourites there are fish and chips.

01:01And we just thought why not make this something about Britain and something about the British food.

01:06So we have made it easier for people to choose, so they don't just have to choose the fish and chips or the pie, they can have everything.
