00:15Today, I'm sharing the ultimate superhero smoothie recipe that fuels my day and keeps me battle
00:20ready. One serving protein powder, one TBSP ground flaxseed, one TBP chia seeds, one TBSP almond
00:28butter, but sneak in extra when no one's looking, one cup almond milk, handful of fresh spinach,
00:35handful of ice, small handful of berries, small handful of berries. Hanji rule as almond butter.
00:42First, we start with some protein powder for that extra strength. Then, ground flaxseed and chia
