00:00Alright, people of Shazer, I'm here to do another unboxing video today of Scooby-Doo
00:05and Cyberchase, the standalone Blu-ray.
00:07Because of the fact that Zombie Island got a Blu-ray release, and Wishes Ghost and Alien
00:11Invaders are getting a Blu-ray release, finally, with them remastering in HD, I decided to
00:17get the standalone release of Cyberchase, which was released over a decade ago, maybe
00:22a decade and a change ago, just by itself on Blu-ray.
00:28Some of the other Scooby-Doo movies were as well.
00:32Some of the Scooby-Doo shows have been re-released on Blu-ray, mainly the original series and
00:38the new Scooby-Doo movies, plus the 80s TV films were recently re-released on Blu-ray.
00:46Some of the direct-to-video DVD movies, or direct-to-video movies from the 2000s and
00:52early 2010s have been released on Blu-ray.
00:55They stopped releasing them on Blu-ray for some reason, I can't fathom, but Warner Archive
01:02has thankfully been releasing some of them on Blu-ray, and I hope they continue.
01:07So, yeah, for the ones that aren't already on Blu-ray, but yeah.
01:11One thing I would also like is if they could do, like, a compilation, like, set that re-releases
01:17the original Blu-ray discs from the ones that were released on Blu-ray, but then also puts
01:23the ones that were in HD, created in HD, or could be remastered in HD, onto Blu-ray, and
01:33just released that.
01:34That would be nice.
01:35But yeah.
01:36So there we go.
01:39This is the fourth and pretty much final entry into the quadrilogy of movies that were released
01:48from on Zombie Island to this movie from 1997 to 2001, and this was the first Scooby-Doo
01:54movie to be animated in HD, animated digitally, and animated in widescreen, so yeah.
02:04What's New Scooby-Doo would also be animated in widescreen, and every movie from this one
02:07onwards would be animated in widescreen, and digital, and HD, which is nice.
02:13So yeah.
02:14So yeah, Scooby-Doo and the Cyberchase right there, The Phantom Virus, Shaggy and Scooby
02:20right there, Velma, Fred, and Daphne right there as well.
02:23It's weird that they're trapped like that, because I don't think they ever get trapped
02:26like that in a movie.
02:27And yeah, this is basically, I believe, a shrunken down version of the original VHS
02:32and DVD art for the movie.
02:35So yeah.
02:36Blu-ray and everything.
02:37And this is also the last movie that would feature Scott Innes as Shaggy and Scooby,
02:42because Casey Kasem would later re-assume the role of Shaggy for What's New Scooby-Doo
02:46and the movies that came after that until 2010, when he officially retired.
02:53And then Frank Welker would take over for Scooby.
02:56So yeah.
02:58Like computational zoinks, we've gone wireless and high def!
03:02So yeah.
03:03Then a description of the movie.
03:05You got some stock art of Shaggy and Scooby's character models from this movie.
03:10And then The Phantom Virus.
03:13Special features feature out the making of Scooby-Doo and the Cyberchase.
03:16Scott Innes, Scooby and Shaggy love to eat music video.
03:21Scott Innes would continue to voice Shaggy in the video games, though.
03:25For some reason.
03:26Main features may be HD 4x3, 1.33x1.
03:31This one was animated in widescreen, what?
03:35I'll post a comment just checking the disc later.
03:38DTSC Master Audio, English 5.0.1, WDigital, Spanish 5.0.1, Subtitles English, JSTH, Spanish.
03:48Special features may be in high def and subtitles may vary.
03:52So yeah.
03:5369 minutes and all that.
03:55Assuming the disc is Region A. Disc right there, which is see-through, but has this
04:00nice tech pattern right there, which is cool.
04:03So yeah.
04:04There's not much else to say, so links in the description to all my Shed Subscriber
04:07ones, and I'll see you guys in the next one.
