00:00Big things are expected from Jameson Williams in Detroit this year.

00:09Yeah, we need to talk about this because, look, the first two years, not great.

00:14First year, remember, he's come out from the ACL injury, didn't do much, only one catch

00:17last year, 24 receptions, but he was playing a ton of snaps to end the season.

00:22But third year, former first-round pick, at some point, the lights got to go on, and what

00:27I'm told is, the light's going on.

00:30What I was told with him was, route running needed to improve, maturity needed to improve.

00:35He had to take a big step this offseason.

00:36He's felt what I was told is the urgency, and then Ben Johnson, the Lions offensive

00:40coordinator, talked about it this week, and he basically talked about the next step.

00:44He's doing all the right things.

00:46This kid is super gifted.

00:48You saw in the playoffs, he came on a little bit, and this is his season.

00:51You got Amon Ra, St. Brown opposite him, who signed that extension.

00:55You got Sam Laporta, the excellent tight end.

00:57If you like fantasy football like you and I do, this is the season for him.

01:01By the way, he's going late in drafts.

01:03He's going the second half of drafts because people, they're not sure whether to trust

01:06him because he didn't have that great season last season.

01:08But this is the year from what I understand, the maturity is hitting, the light has kind

01:12of went on.

01:13I'm expecting a big year for him.

01:14I'm expecting 60 catches or more from Jamison Williams.
