00:11Today, in our society, it has become a trend that young people stay up at 2 or 3 o'clock

00:18in the night on their mobile phones.

00:20Then they perform the morning prayer and then rest till 12 o'clock in the afternoon.

00:27Today, we will tell you what Imam Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, has said about such people.

00:36What is written in their destiny?

00:41Those who have come under the influence of such circumstances,

00:45those who keep sleeping in the morning,

00:48Islam has strictly disliked this practice,

00:52that do not sleep at any time except in the afternoon.

00:56Our Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, also used to do this practice.

01:02Qeelullah is not that in which a person sleeps after eating a full meal.

01:08Qeelullah means that you have eaten or not.

01:13Just rest for a while in the afternoon

01:17so that the rest of your day goes well.

01:23Hazrat Imam Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, has said,

01:27I have heard from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,

01:31that do not sleep immediately after eating.

01:34This causes stiffness in the heart.

01:37Now the matter has reached such a depth that now the doctor also believes that

01:43those who sleep immediately after eating,

01:46they get heart disease.

01:50This was said 1400 years ago by our Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,

01:58when once a person came to the service of Imam Ali, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,

02:04and said,

02:06O Ali, what is written in the destiny of the person who sleeps in the morning?

02:15O servant of Allah!

02:17I have heard from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,

02:22that whoever sleeps in the morning,

02:26he also performs the Fajr prayer.

02:29Or the person who sleeps after praying in the morning,

02:33when the angels from the heavens come to the earth with their destiny,

02:39those destinies are distributed among humans.

02:42Those humans who sleep,

02:44because of this, those angels return those destinies to the heavens with them,

02:51when they wake up from sleep.

02:55Then such people complain about the stress of the destiny.

03:00Those who complain about the stress of the destiny,

03:03when you ask them to try,

03:06then what time do you wake up in the morning?

03:09Then they will definitely say,

03:11that we do not wake up in the morning.

03:13Therefore, this is the reason,

03:15because of which their destiny is stressed,

03:19because of which they complain about the destiny.

03:22I request you,

03:24you wake up in the morning,

03:26you pray in the morning,

03:28try to pray with the congregation.

03:34Recite the Qur'an,

03:36then you will start the day,

03:39then your day will be happy.

03:42Those people who wake up in the morning,

03:44they do their work in a fulfilling way,

03:48their rizq is blessed,

03:50and they live a peaceful and happy life.

03:55There is no complaint about their stress,

03:59that they are afflicted with a disease.
