This lemon pound cake is sweet, and buttery and is packed with full of fresh lemon flavor. It is best served with hot tea or coffee.
The recipe for the lemon pound cake: zest of 2 lemons 130g butter 130g sugar 3 medium eggs 150g cake flour 4g baking powder 1g salt 30g milk 1 tbsp lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
For the glaze: 125g powdered sugar 25g lemon juice pistachios or lemon zest for decoration.
