Rugi PPRO Naik 1.135 Persen di Semester I-2024

PT PP Properti Tbk (PPRO) membukukan rugi bersih tahun berjalan yang dapat diatribusikan kepada pemilik entitas induk sebesar Rp459,57 miliar pada Semester I-2024. Rugi tersebut membengkak signifikan 1.135% dibanding periode yang sama di tahun lalu yang mencatatkan rugi Rp37,21 miliar. Lonjakan rugi sepanjang paruh pertama tahun ini disebabkan karena pendapatan usaha PPRO yang turun 36,04%.

01:18Although the main burden of sales fell from June to June 2024

01:22to 170.36 billion rupiah,

01:25the business burden decreased to 27.84 billion rupiah

01:28and the final income tax fell to 3.92 billion rupiah.

01:33However, there was a jump of 785.79 percent

01:37to a financial burden of 463.58 billion rupiah

01:40from the previous year which recorded 52.33 billion rupiah.

01:44In addition, there was a loss of 7.16 billion rupiah

01:49from the amount of equity requested to shrink from 3.29 trillion rupiah
