00:07deeply shocked at what they've seen and what they've heard and I know I speak

00:12for everybody in the whole country in saying our thoughts and condolences with

00:17the victims, their families, their friends and the wider community and it's almost

00:24impossible to imagine the grief that they're going through and the trauma

00:28that they're going through. I do want to thank the emergency services of Merseyside

00:32Police who've had to respond to the most difficult of circumstances today.
