00:09If you're not sure about something, you have someone to text or ring any time.

00:14It's like having your own friend that looks after you and baby, not just yourself.

00:20What she said about having a friend for you and the baby is really true.

00:25I had a very tough healing process and Caroline was there with me through that.

00:32As well as helping with him, he had weight issues for the first six-ish weeks.

00:38It was just really good to have her there to help with that and make sure he was getting on okay.

00:44It takes me back about 30 years to the birth of my first son where there's so much uncertainty.

00:51Is this normal? Am I doing the right thing?

00:54These family nurses are there to give a great deal of comfort and assurance.

01:00It's great that they stick with the young mothers and fathers until the children are two years of age.

01:06That's a good long run at developing good parenting skills which give children the best start in life.
