00:00Yeah, there's been really strong take-up so far. It's different sizes, different uses.

00:07We benefit from a versatile E-class, so we can offer different sorts of spaces.

00:13We have got interest from some people who are looking at the whole thing,

00:16and then as many as six or seven different occupiers for smaller splits.

00:20They might be leisure, they may be retailers, office, medical restaurant.

00:24There's all sorts of different things. We've been really impressed with the take-up

00:27that us and Savills have had so far.

00:29Former arcade entrance off Midgate, which has been out of use for quite some time.

00:35I think the owners have spotted that as a potential way to introduce a more vitality footfall

00:42from the Midgate entrance. It could allow the building to configure into more smaller units.

00:47I think it would be a really nice, attractive way to enter the space.

00:52A very small number of vacant units in the city centre.

00:56Heriwood is a place where we know there is demand for retail units,

01:00and it's difficult to find the right units. I think we can create the right space.

01:04It will make this part very exciting.

01:06We've got 330 flats nearing completion this year on our doorstep.

01:10It would be lovely for those people to have amenity and something thriving.

01:13I do think it's an important part of the centre of town that needs attention

01:18and could really be exciting.
