#DapatAlamMo na isa na ngayong Super Typhoon ang bagyong #CarinaPH. Huling nakita ang mata ng bagyo sa Itbayat, Batanes.  Ayon sa PAGASA, inaasahan na lalabas ng Philippine Area of Responsibility(PAR) ang bagyong #CarinaPH ngayong gabi o bukas ng umaga.  Ang buong ulat sa balitang #DapatAlamMo, panoorin sa video.

00:00This is the first time that a typhoon is expected to landfall in Taiwan.

00:10The last time we saw a typhoon was 380 kilometers north of Itbayat, Batanes.

00:16The typhoon had a strength of 185 kilometers per hour and a gustiness of 230 kilometers per hour.

00:22The typhoon was moving at a speed of 20 kilometers per hour.

00:26According to the forecast track, a typhoon is expected to landfall in Taiwan tonight or tomorrow morning.

00:31The Philippine Area of Responsibility is expected to announce the typhoon tomorrow afternoon.

00:35Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 2 is still high in Batanes.

00:39Signal No. 1 is in Bambuyan Islands, northern portion of mainland Cagayan, and northern portion of Ilocos Norte.

00:46The typhoon has a strong gustiness that it brings rain in large parts of Luzon and some places in Visayas,

00:52including Western Visayas and Negros Island Region.

00:55The Gale Warning in Northern Seaboard of Northern Luzon, including Batanes,

00:59and some places in Cagayan, along with Bambuyan Islands and Ilocos Norte, is high.
