00:08which has about 24,000 organizations, which are customers of it internationally, send out a faulty update to their services,
00:19which has led those devices to be unoperable because they're trying to talk to the Microsoft operating system that they work with,
00:26and they've been unable to do so.
00:28From this incident, we should reflect on the fact that we are incredibly dependent upon these digital systems,
00:34and as such, when they break, it can have significant impacts on us, on our society.
