00:00Well maybe I can start just by reiterating my apology from last week. I am deeply sorry about
00:06all of the disruption we caused during the event of the 8th of September and I know how terrible
00:11it was for passengers. What went wrong? Well obviously our first duty is to safety. We had
00:18a very obscure software error where essentially two processes collided in the space of about a
00:25millisecond. It was actually a millisecond window for these two to collide. It caused some corruptions
00:30in one of our main systems. It was a very small software bug and we resolved the situation as
00:36quick as we could and most importantly of course we kept everybody safe while that was happening.
